By accessing our website, scheduling services, or receiving brake repair services from Pyle Automotive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Pyle Automotive provides professional brake system services including:

  • Brake pad replacement and installation
  • Brake rotor resurfacing and replacement
  • Brake system inspections and diagnostics
  • Brake fluid service and replacement
  • Brake line repair and replacement
  • Emergency brake system repairs

All services are performed by ASE-certified technicians using professional equipment and quality parts. Service availability may vary based on parts availability and scheduling.

Service Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment Booking

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website contact form. We will confirm all appointments and provide estimated service times. Same-day service may be available based on scheduling and parts availability.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee. Emergency brake repairs take priority and may affect scheduled appointment times.

Vehicle Drop-off

Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from vehicles before service. Pyle Automotive is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles during service.

Pricing and Payment

Service Estimates

We provide written estimates for all brake services before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may change based on additional issues discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before performing any additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For extensive repairs, payment arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing Changes

Service prices may change without notice due to parts cost fluctuations or market conditions. Current pricing will be provided with each service estimate.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We provide a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on brake parts and labor, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal driving conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or misuse
  • Racing or competition use
  • Modifications not performed by Pyle Automotive
  • Damage from external causes or environmental factors

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be made in writing with proof of service. We will inspect the vehicle and determine appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information and service history
  • Reporting brake problems and symptoms honestly and completely
  • Following recommended maintenance schedules
  • Operating vehicles safely and within manufacturer specifications
  • Promptly addressing brake warning signs and symptoms
  • Maintaining adequate insurance coverage on vehicles

Limitation of Liability

Pyle Automotive's liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use of vehicle
  • Transportation costs or rental vehicle expenses
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Personal injury or property damage not directly caused by our negligence

Some states do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Safety and Compliance

All brake services are performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding automotive repair services.

Customers are advised that brake systems are critical safety components. Any concerns about brake performance should be addressed immediately, and vehicles with brake problems should not be driven until properly repaired.

Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all customer concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us directly to discuss resolution options.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by South Dakota state law and resolved in the appropriate courts of South Dakota.

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service scheduling. You may use the website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:
